Description
Ornamental grasses come in many varieties, and are known for retaining their form and color over the winter. Ornamental grasses are noted for their elegant look, short, mounded tufts, tall feathery textured and array of colors. They add a striking beauty to landscape with a visual interest to gardens. On a late fall evening the sun illuminated this maiden ornamental grass at the Arboretum in North Chesterfield, Virginia.
