The Marina at Old Point Comfort has accommodations for over 300 boats, up to 50 feet in length, located on the Chesapeake Bay. Old Point Comfort Marina is located on the now decommissioned army base, Fort Monroe. The marina is now open to the public.
Fort Monroe is a wonderful place to explore for photography. Albeit I've been on this old army base several times, this was the first time I was treated to a colorful sunset over the Chesapeake Bay, in Hampton, Virginia.
